Services For Brain Injury’s Employment Services (ES)/Supportive Employment Services (SE) provide guidance and direction in the development of job search techniques and appropriate work-related behaviors that enhance employability. Employment Specialists provide assistance in the development of job search skills, coordination of job search activities, and identification of appropriate job openings.  They also assist with the application process, in setting up interviews, and attending interview with clients as needed.  Once employment is secured the Employment Specialist and Job Coach facilitate onboarding. 
Employment Retention services are designed to support our clients and employers on-the-job in maintaining successful employment.

Supported Employment Services (SE) achieve the following outcomes:
  • Resume and cover letter assistance
  • Interview preparation and proper attire
  • Opportunity to earn equitable wages and other employment-related benefits
  • Development of new skills
  • Increased community participation
  • Enhanced self-esteem, increased consumer empowerment, and quality of life.
