Rehabilitation Services | Clinical Support Services

Services for Brain Injury (SBI) is focused on providing its clients with the support services needed to promote the greatest level of independence and highest quality of life. To this end, a number of specialized services and programs are offered to our clients as the need arises. These services are provided in addition to the regular program offerings available to all of our clients.


Speech Therapy

  • Supports clients in developing communication skills that are in line with their full potential
  • Provide training on speech generating devices

Occupational Therapy

  • Assists clients in developing skills needed for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Support clients with daily activities that are personally meaningful, socially satisfying, and culturally relevant
  • Assists clients in developing skills needed for Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLS)

Physical Therapy

  • Soon to be added to SBIís Physical Fitness Program

Clinical Psychology

  • Provides a safe and private setting to address the personal concerns and issues which cause people distress
  • Provides for coordination and support for clients and their families


  • Weekly community support group that supports clients in jobs, volunteer work, housing and relationships both personal and within the community
  • Provides an opportunity for caregivers and family members to come together for support


  • Services delivered by licensed professionals
  • Provides support for both client and caregivers
  • Increased self awareness
  • Weekly support group for clients and families
